Mexican hot chocolate.

For those of you who have never had Mexican hot chocolate, it typically consists of hot milk and a semi-sweet chocolate base, and is flavored with a dash of cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla extract. The slight bitterness of the semi-sweet chocolate, the smoothness of the vanilla, and the little kick of the cinnamon differentiate this drink from traditional hot chocolate, but odds are if you go to Wesleyan, you’re not exactly a traditionalist… So don’t get the Salty Ivan today (even though it’s amazing). Try the Mexican hot chocolate, and let me know what you think.
